NAKED PROTO

Introducing NAKED-PROTO: a streamlined solution for quick PCB development and production. These boards are crafted without the additional layers of solder mask and silk screen (component print), making them ideal for rapid prototyping.

SINGLE SIDED PCB

A single-sided printed circuit board (PCB) is a type of PCB that has only one layer of conductive material, typically copper, on one side of the board. The other side is used for mounting electronic components.

DOUBLE SIDE PCB

A double-sided printed circuit board (PCB) is a type of PCB that has conductive copper layers on both sides of the board. This allows for more complex and higher-density circuit designs compared to single-sided PCBs. Components can be mounted on both sides, and the layers are connected through vias (small holes filled with conductive material).

MULTILAYER PCB

A multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) consists of three or more layers of conductive material, typically copper, separated by insulating layers. These layers are stacked and laminated together, allowing for highly complex and dense circuit designs. Multilayer PCBs can have anywhere from four to over fifty layers, depending on the application’s requirements.

METAL CLAB PCB

A Metal Clad PCB (MCPCB), also known as a Metal Core PCB or Thermal PCB, is a type of printed circuit board that includes a metal base material, typically aluminium or copper, as part of its construction. This metal core helps to dissipate heat away from critical components, improving thermal management and overall performance.

BLIND & BURIED VIA

Blind vias connect an outer PCB layer to inner layers without passing through the entire board, enabling compact designs. Buried vias link inner layers without reaching the outer layers, freeing space for more complex, multi-layered circuits. Together, they optimize space and enhance design flexibility in modern PCBs.

RT DUROID

These materials are specifically designed for use in high-frequency and microwave applications. RT Duroid laminates are known for their excellent electrical and mechanical properties, including low dielectric constant, low loss tangent, and high thermal stability.

MULTILAYER RT DUROID

Multilayer RT Duroid refers to printed circuit boards (PCBs) that use multiple layers of RT Duroid laminate materials. These materials are known for their exceptional performance in high-frequency and microwave applications. By stacking multiple layers of RT Duroid, designers can create complex, high-density circuits that maintain excellent electrical and thermal properties.

CONTROLLED IMPEDANCE

Controlled impedance refers to the practice of designing and manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure that the impedance of specific traces or transmission lines is maintained within a specified range.
Controlled impedance is a critical aspect of PCB design for applications that demand high-speed data transfer and precise signal integrity.
